To ensure a comfortable and harmonious experience for everyone, please observe the following house rules: General Rules -- Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults (no additional guests allowed). -- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM to respect the peaceful rural setting. -- No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful retreat, not suitable for large gatherings. -- Cleanliness & Care -- Please treat the property and furnishings with care. -- -- Report any damages immediately. -- No smoking or vaping indoors or on the property. -- Please keep the unit clean and tidy during your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided. -- The kitchen includes a tabletop oven; please avoid cooking with strong-smelling spices or oils that may linger. -- Pets & Wildlife -- -- No pets are allowed. -- -- Please do not feed or interact with wildlife on the property. -- Parking & Access Designated parking for up to 3 cars is located near the entrance. -- Access to the farm's gardens and retreat areas is limited to specific zones—ask for guidance if needed. -- Amenities Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available for your convenience. No overnight guests not included in the booking. Noise: Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the peaceful environment. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio apartment or on the property. Pets: Pets not allowed. $500 fee for sneaking a pet in Parking: Please park in the designated parking area near the entrance. 2 spots available. Additional Parking a short distance away. Please clarify space with owner. Cleaning: Professional Cleaning every two weeks is included in the rental fee. Guest expected to strip bed of linens and start in washing machine. A cleaning fee is included in the rental amount for post-checkout cleaning. Please keep the apartment tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash in the bins provided. Kitchen Use: Please clean dishes after use and return them to their proper place. No cooking of strong-smelling foods (such as fish, curry, etc.) in the apartment. If desired an outside gas grill will be provided Laundry: The in-unit laundry is for your exclusive use. Please do not leave clothes unattended. Wi-Fi Usage: Use the Wi-Fi for personal purposes only. Please refrain from downloading illegal content or engaging in activities that could disrupt service. Respect for Wildlife: Please do not disturb or feed the wildlife on the property, including deer, turkeys, and foxes. Keep all doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent animals from entering. Maintenance: If anything in the apartment is damaged or needs maintenance, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue promptly. Environmental Responsibility: Please turn off lights, heating/cooling systems, and electronics when not in use. Help us conserve energy. Respect the Property: Any damages to the property or furnishings during your stay may result in additional charges. Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 10 days, regular cleaning services will be scheduled every [2] weeks at no additional cost. Our Farm and Farm Stay venue: In addition to the owner, farm staff and farm stay guests are on the property. Please honor their private spaces and do not seek people out where they live and/or work. Great location! The photos don’t do it justice. The high ceilings and open concept make the space feel very spacious. Close to Glacier national park so we did an extended stay and worked during the week enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and fast internet and explored the park during the weekends. Lindy and the farm staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the fresh farm eggs!

What a magical and amazing place. the location is deeply immersed in gorgeous forest but less than 10minutes from downtown whitefish. The place itself is excellent- very spacious, new but rustic and extremely clean. Lindy the host is so friendly and helpful and an excellent host. Don’t forget to try the wood fired sauna and hot tub under the stars! I will be coming back here next winter and staying much longer. If you are looking for a place in whitefish, this is your place!

This is a very special stay with lots to do on sight like wellness classes, walking trails and even a snow sledding hill right out back. The apartment was also very comfortable and well-appointed. Lastly but certainly not least the host Carolyn was very friendly and kind.
